Approximately 140 elementary through high school students participated in South Georgia Innovation Day last Friday, February 10, presenting their own inventions as a part of Georgia Tech’s K-12 InVenture Prize competition.

K-12 InVenture Prize at Georgia Tech Winners Place at National Competition

Michael Muldoon is a 5th-grade student at Mount Bethel Elementary School in Marietta, Georgia. Inventor of the Lightning Shock Sticker. Michael was awarded 3rd place in the 5th-grade level category and the Sports, Games, Entertainment and Toys Award, presented by Chevron® at the National Invention Convention and Entrepreneurship Expo.
